If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

Chartsfy provides music statistics dashboards, global and personal weekly charts, album reviews, listening library, live rankings, reports, milestones, year-end retrospectives, and social features.

Listening data depends on external integrations (such as Last.fm) and may have delays or inaccuracies inherent to those sources.

3. User account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential.

Creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or using bots to manipulate rankings or statistics is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User content

Reviews, ratings, and published text are your responsibility.

Illegal, defamatory, hateful, spam, or copyright-infringing content is prohibited.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Chartsfy brand, layout, code, and original features belong to the project team.

Music metadata (artist, album, and track names, artwork) belongs to their respective owners.

You retain rights to content you publish, granting Chartsfy a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

6. Advertising

Chartsfy may display Google AdSense ads on public pages with editorial content.

Ads on login, signup, navigation, or content-free screens are not permitted by Google's policy and must not be implemented.

Google is responsible for the content of ads served on its network.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or absolute data accuracy.

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform or third-party integrations.

8. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
