Chartsfy FAQ

Quick answers about accounts, Last.fm, charts, privacy, and support.

What is Chartsfy?

Chartsfy is a platform that turns your music history into charts, rankings, statistics, reviews, library insights, reports, and detail pages for artists, albums, and tracks.

Do I need to connect Last.fm?

You can explore global charts without connecting Last.fm, but personal charts, library, reports, and milestones depend on a connected Last.fm account.

When do my personal charts appear?

After connecting Last.fm, your scrobbles are processed by Chartsfy. Weekly charts follow the music week from Friday to Thursday and may take some time to appear for new accounts.

Can I use Google login?

Yes. You can create an account and sign in with Google. If you try to sign in with Google before creating a Chartsfy account, you need to sign up first.

Why do we ask for your country?

Your country helps Chartsfy count data correctly for future country charts and regional comparisons. You can update it on the account page.

What are global and personal charts?

Global charts aggregate data from the Chartsfy community. Personal charts show only your music history, letting you compare your taste with broader trends.

How do album reviews work?

Logged-in users can rate albums, write reviews, log when they listened, and see community and friend reviews on album pages.

Is my data private?

We process your data according to our Privacy Policy. You can read more about collection, cookies, data use, and your rights at /privacy.

How do I contact support?

For support, questions, or account issues, email chartsfy@gmail.com.
